Delivery Policy

Bassadouk is operated by BASSADOUK LLC. Services are delivered digitally by email, online communication, or digital file delivery.

Most first design updates or responses are delivered within 3-5 business days depending on the selected plan and project complexity. Customers must provide accurate garment, reference, wording, color, and project details for service delivery.

Delays may happen if the customer provides incomplete information. Digital clothing design services do not require physical shipping, and Bassadouk does not print, manufacture, or ship physical garments.
