What does Bassadouk actually make?

Digital clothing designs: garment graphics, apparel mockups, colorways, artwork files, and collection direction for clothing brands, creators, and merch projects.

Do you print or ship clothing?

No. Bassadouk does not print, manufacture, or ship physical clothing. Every deliverable is a digital design file or written design direction.

What happens after I pick a plan?

You send references, garment type, wording, colors, and what the piece is for. We review the request and prepare digital design direction within the scope of that plan.

Can I take the files to my own printer?

Yes. Delivered files are meant for review, presentation, or handoff to your own printer or manufacturer, depending on the final file type and project scope.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds can be requested while work has not started. Completed design work, delivered concepts, and used revision requests are non-refundable.

How long does it take?

Most requests get a response or a first design update within 3 to 5 business days. Larger collections can take longer.

Do you guarantee production results?

No. Bassadouk provides digital design services only. We do not guarantee print quality, manufacturing outcomes, sales, supplier approvals, or production results.
